I lowered the price of the Jag jeans from $30 to $5 instead of $8 as we agreed before to help offset some of the shipping you've had to paid to return them :-). Right now I put them 'not for sale' because I didn't want someone else to snap them up at five dollars before you had a chance. Just let me know when you're ready and I'll put them for sale again so that you can purchase them and I'll ship them out right away :-)

denimobsession @jordanafit Yay! I finally got to speak to someone at the post office and they were able to check the package is actually on its way. She told me they just had their scanner set up incorrectly. Your package is showing that it arrived at the postal distribution center in menlo park, ca at 5:43 am this morning. It hasn’t been marked out for delivery yet but I probably will either be delivered to your address today or tomorrow 😊

denimobsession @geo1059 sorry you have not received them yet. I had assumed it had arrived a since I saw the tracking update when the other customer shipped them to you. I just emailed Poshmark. I think they’ll probably process it as a lost package (since post office received it) and will likely issue you a full refund. I’m so sorry for the mixup. If you do get a refund and you’d like any other pair of jeans in my closet, I can give you 50% off any other pair to try to make up for this situation 😊

Normally when an item is tracked by the post office and is lost in transit, Poshmark provides the customer with a refund. I did contact them a few days ago when you reached out, but I’ll reach out tomorrow to push them to take care promptly. So sorry again

stucknm19 hi, I just bid on the black boots. I have a pair if these very similar made by to boot. they are a bit larger than usual. I have 4 other pairs of TO Boot shoes and they run true to size. do these boots run big?

denimobsession @stucknm19 Hi I just measured them on the inside, and I do think they run a little bit bigger. They measure 11.5 inches, while most 10s measure closer to 11 . Hope this helps

And when you return to your permanent address you change it again. That’s the only way because all labels are provided directly from poshmark. But its pretty easy process to update the address with Poshmark
