nayelidejuan @jillybean0382 yes my apologies, they are having a problem making sure the the bag is authentic that's what the told me, from my knowledge the bag is an authentic Gucci. But it was a gift to me and I know the person that bought it doesn't buy any copies. I don't know how to be 100 percent sure if it is (I'm taking it to a Gucci store to see if they can help me) my understanding is they are giving your money back immediately. Sorry for the inconvienence .
