@jenjen064 Hello, Poshmark has unfortunately not alerted me about a thing. have emailed customer support twice to try and get someone to help out, but they are taking quite a while to get back to me. I’m really sorry about the wait :(

@nazzo_k ok, if you did drop it off at the usps, do you have the receipt or a way to tell them to scan the item?

@jenjen064 No I just dropped it off at a USPS mailbox since shipping was paid for ): I’ve never had a problem just dropping it off before. Poshmark is still not replying to me, so if you’d like, I can cancel the order so you get your money back, and I’ll figure things out with Poshmark to get some kind of compensation for losing a sale. I know you’ve waited too long to receive your item, and again, I’m really sorry for all the trouble!

@nazzo_k Ok, thanks for the update and everything, not sure why it would take so long. I'll leave it up to you to cancel or not, can leave it up for a bit more. Just wanted to know the overall situation first :)

@jenjen064 Poshmark finally replied and theyre marking the package as “lost.” Sorry for the trouble! They told me you would be refunded☺️
