believeitposh Hi Nea nie, I saw you received the Jeffrey Campbell heels but gave me a 1 star rating. I’m sorry to hear they are not comfortable but the sizing and fit for you is not my fault. These heels came into my consignment shop which I mentioned in previous comments to you prior to your purchase. So I would not have known they run small. I advertised them according to the size listed on the box. I work hard to achieve positive feedback as well as assure my customers are happy with their purchases.
