I’ve NEVER HHAD A CASE OPEN on anything I have sold. And they approved it. The said the back was damaged. It was white flats and she spreader the elastic part out any sent posh that picture. She will be blocked from my account. I do not deal with people like her. I wish I had read these comments before selling to her.

Mine is new and authentic and i have video of the bag being taken out and inspected and put in the box and me packaging it up and putting label on it. i have over 5 minutes of video showing this process. She put it in a simple not padded paper envelope - winter season - rain and snow - ruined the silk. Do not accept low ball offers and do not sell to her.
