connie_rinaldi Received my order for sandals quickly and packaged beautifully. The sandals were very cute, and I was anxious to wear them, but was in the middle of a move so didn't get to wear them until recently. Unfortunately, one sandal is lumpy in the area under my toes. I've put up with it, but would like to talk to Nedra about it.

flymsy88 @connie_rinaldi Hi Connie, nice to hear from you & you got moved. But sorry to hear about your Sandal situation. Because of the time lapse from June when purchased and were rated, I have no way to refund them at the present. If you contact Poshmark Customer Support online, you could see what they will do to resolve it, or refund... then you could return them. I'm open if they authorize it. Keep me posted, so sorry they are not working out. NedraC

connie_rinaldi @flymsy88 Thank you Nedra...I will try Poshmark Customer Support, but I realize it's been a while since I purchased the sandals. Wish I would have tried them out sooner, but it just didn't happen. Thank you for your help and we'll see what happens with Support. If Support can't help me, I'll take the sandals to a nearby shoe repair that could probably fix the problem. Thank you for your reply and have a nice weekend!
