laurastein342 you dont have to apologize for damaging the bracelet but maybe you should know how to package your next return so it doesn't happen again. boxes and bubble wrap work wonders for delicate items. I would imagine your wine doesn't come in a flimsy envelope with no protection so you may not want to do that again.

I packaged the bracelet in its original David Yurman pouch you sent and mailed it just fine!! I have no idea what ur talking about - this is crazy what are you implying? That in order for me to get a refund I would send the bracelet back to you in such a way it would damage it... why would I do that??

mailuxisyours I think they might not have approved it because I have two different rings listed. The pictures of the first one was sold and the picture that you asked me to post were of the ones you were getting. The first one was older so it had a different stamping on it. Where as the new ones they changed the stamping a bit. I’ve had it checked professionally, and even had every single diamonds checked by a jeweler. I’m sorry this happened I emailed them to give an explanation.

mailuxisyours @frenchbordeaux8 sometimes they make mistakes. I’ve also heard sometimes they even authenticate fake things and say it’s real. I’ve had this checked more than once as I always do before I sell anything on my page. They have not given me a reason why they think it’s fake.
