nvonglan @supercute4u Hi there - one of the shoes appears to have a plastic oddity sewn into it that isn’t visible. It makes a very loud crinkle / plastic sound is made with every step with only that one shoe

deltadawngifts We are very interested to know what stains you are referring to. The item sold was the POL sweater which was in NWT condition out of our store. This item has never been worn, purchased or tried on by customers as we are an online only shop. Do you mind sending photos to my email? I hope your item was not damaged during transit. If so, I use USPS for my website shipment as well and would like to have this issue resolved.
