randeals Hi Nelia, I just printed off 3 shipping labels and they all have your name and address on them....I am thrilled you bought 3 things from me :) but I hope you were able to arrange for everything to be shipped together so you only have to pay shipping once? I will put them all in one package just in case.

randeals I will have to ask them how....i already wrapped it and was just about to take to post office but will make sure the shipping label is bundled first. PS it is a shame - i live in calgary! PPS it is wrapped like a mummy - good luck opening it up :)

randeals I can't figure this out - it says i should go to 'my bundles', click on sell, where your bundle is supposed to be listed ......I never even knew about this page but I can't find your name (assume the name is leniaunderwood?) on the bundle page. I am also concerned that, since 3 separate shipping labels were created, and they all have different tracking numbers, maybe poshmark has already charged you for 3 separate shipments? So complicated. The helpline is supposed to get back to me but no idea

randeals when that'll be. There is a way for me to create a bundle for you but I think it has to be done before the item is marked sold....and all 3 are marked sold since shipping label was already made. If you can think of anything please let me know. I'll let you know what the helpline says.

randeals I don't give up easily especially for a Calgarian!!! I'll see what the response is and hopefully they can fix it, or guide me, or they might require you to do something.......will let you know and make the decision. But i think 2 extra shipping labels adds $26 to your bill!!

randeals So: you can cancel all 3 purchases. Once the items are no longer "sold" I can relist all three together and offer them as a single purchase. Then you buy as one purchase, then only one charge for shipping. I don't think it sounds too complicated, let me know if you want to try it. Otherwise they said you have to pay for all 3 shipping labels. So inflexible but i suppose it is all computerized.

randeals you are welcome, hope you like the actual purchases too! The 2 extra packages were my way of spiting Pmark for not letting you cancel postage - so they don't get profits :) Yes i am the type to bite off my nose to spite my face. Cheers and keep shopping!
