Hi , I wanted to apologize for not looking at the date on the RF , it is new , the seal may have been broken , but I promise you never used.. I would have never thought it would have been out of date because it was purchased at Christmas . I was not trying to sale outdated items . I have been using RF for over 2 yrs and I use the cream up to 3 months past date ... . when I receive my next renewal I will send you a new one with seal intact to make up for the disappointment.
