Hey there! I’m so sorry about your order! I put a case in to have it investigated with USPS and they responded today that it’s not showing...(we know this) essentially and to wait 8 days to see if it shows up.

This really is a total bummer. I feel terrible about this. I just don’t understand at all. I’m gonna call the post office tomorrow again but I don’t have high hopes. How do we get the order reversed in the system so neither of us gets penalized by Poshmark. Is that possible? Obviously you don’t pay the money. But how does it show otherwise. I’m in unchartered territory.
