I am truly baffled by your rating and statement. I'm a germaphobe. I am a freak about cleanliness in my home. I take extra time to make things special for the buyer; ie: personalized cards, nice wrapping, packaged very well. I don't understand what could have happened and why you believe this. Every buyer has been elated when they receive my merchandise. I'm sorry you feel this way.

I really tried to describe it to the best of my ability. Maybe get the bust taken in?? I wish it could have been everything to you.
