fashionposhers Hello, we are sorry to hear your item did not arrive. For future reference please don't rate your seller and instead open a case with poshmark. This will allow for poshmark to work with you and possibly get you a refund. The seller has no control on deliveries. Rating should be based on the item itself and not delivery status. Unfortunately when the buyer completes a rating the sale is then consider complete and poshmark will no longer be able to step in and possibly issue a refund.
