sylviamax86 I just received your rating. I am SO sorry i forgot to send the previous insoles! I have had some health issues come up, so things have been a bit crazy, I apologize! Sincerely. I can send them to you at no charge if youd like. Also, the original insoles were not glued in, and im not sure if they ever were?? The bottom of the original insoles did not have glue residue, and came out easily. When I washed them, they dried out a bit, so I purchased brand new leather insoles from Amazon.

sylviamax86 I did not glue those insoles in, in case you wanted to change them out. I apologize again as I pride myself on being honest and transparent. If you would like me to send you the original insoles I can do that, just let me know. This has taught me to be more specific, and double check my orders before I send them out! Thank you

njrfh @sylviamax86 Thanks so much for your note. I was excited to receive the shoes (I have others in the same style but different colors!) and then it shocked me when the entire sole came out of the shoe! Not to worry - all is right with the world - and I can glue them back together. I'll go ahead and adjust my rating as it really isn't that big of a deal. Thanks again!

sylviamax86 @njrfh thank you I appreciate it! I know that underneath the insole area is kind of scary looking it shocked me too! that there was nothing else underneath. And the original ones came out super easy, thought that was weird too.. I went ahead and mailed out the original insoles to you today they’re kind of beat up and stained, but they are clean.

shannonsadlo Hello! You just purchased the Patagonia capris from me. I used the pictures from when I purchased them not thinking that I had taken the tags off of them and washed them. They have never been worn but I wanted to make sure you knew they don’t have tags and have been laundered. If you want to cancel your order, I totally understand.
