carolynnanne8 If you look at your jacket tags and the order and compare them to his listed, you see the holo tag is first. That is incorrect. It should be the white tag with the model number, etc.

carolynnanne8 I’m sure you would be able to easily tell if you did receive the jacket but I’m sure you would rather not waste your time and have your money held up. Posh does refund for fakes but it takes time. Not worth it.

nspharmd @carolynnanne8 yeah I figured something wasn’t right there. The tags were out of order. Also, it was black label but the inside tag showed the regular patch; not the black label patch. He didn’t have all of those pictures up to begin with. Figured it was bogus. Thanks for looking out!

carolynnanne8 @nspharmd exactly!! The little details! I would comment on the post for everyone to see but I got in trouble with posh for “discouraging” sellers. Yeah, sellers of fake items!! They should be discouraged!! You know how to spot fakes when you have the real thing but people that don’t end up with these junk jackets...

nspharmd @carolynnanne8 I’m with you. It’s ok to discourage sellers if they are trying to deceive people. I think there is a function on here that allows others to report to Poshmark as a replica of fake without having to post it in the comments. I have a few of these jackets and could tell as soon as I saw the pictures :)

carolynnanne8 @nspharmd yes. There are report functions but I know of some items where no fewer than 10 people reported it and they were still up. And a buyer has 3 days to accept an item. So if a seller swears up and down it’s real, and the buyer doesn’t question it, the seller gets away with it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ we need better posh police. Or brand stewards that look at high end brands that they are familiar with and can quickly authenticate based on photos.
