kdean508 purchased a tie March 16 but haven't been shipped. we spoke and I got word that a trip took more time than expected but that it would be shipped by fri. today is mon after that fri that I got word out would be shipped. idk why, but for whatever reason, the customer is being belittled by this and more so by the failure to communicate. seems to me, fri eve, I would've heard of a change rather than just ignored?

kdean508 I see this page has been checked to read these messages but I'm not sure why such disrespect to a customer in breaking your word originally on shipping, then again after the revised plans to ship and in now totally ignoring the obligation a friend says some ignore after failing to ship items in fear of bad freed back. I hope human decency is above that gutter way of thinking, please, let's not add insult to injury. thanks
