buzzy0600 I am so sorry about the condition of the Lane Bryant pants. I did not see the pen mark or the issue with the cuffs as I have never worn them. I purchased them from the store and they’ve sat in my closet. I couldn’t find anything I really liked to wear with them. I really wish you would have contacted me before giving me a 2 star rating. I would have done whatever I could to make it right.

ngoodwin1 @buzzy0600 thank you for the apology, in reflecting I think a two star rating was a bit harsh so I have increased it to three stars, I understand how the pen mark was missed but the bottom of the pants look as though they have been worn, I’m hoping some may come out in the wash.
