treasurefever13 @hytecjen Hey!! I think will fit l. I am a true small and it fits me. It def. doesn't fit like a Medium. I measured it laying flat and it measured 18" stretched. So it is totally up to you. Fits like a short sleeve dolman top almost. Anyways if you would like to do the deal and you end up not liking it, just let me know!😀
