Hi, I'm Nicholette☀️I am getting more familiar with Poshmark. It has been a little over a year now, and the more I learn, the more I love it. Some of my favorite brands rn are Abercrombie, Free People, World Market, Sephora, etc I have always loved fashion, hair, and makeup ever since I was a little girl. My mother was a hairstylist when I was growing up. She took me to her salon and made me feel like a princess. From then on, I had my heart set on becoming stylist. I wanted to make others feel as good as I did when my mom did my hair. Eventually, I did become cosmetologist for about 7yrs. It was a job I could be truly passionate about. In 2009, I learned that I had a stomach ulcer. I was still in a lot of pain and dealing with being sick all of the time. It was causing issues with my jobs and affecting my life. My social life turned into doctor visits, procedures, surgeries, and seeing many specialists. I found out that I have several chronic illnesses, and things keep getting worse. It feels like my body keeps developing new problems all the time. Every couple of years, I receive a new diagnosis. Unfortunately, all of the illnesses have caused me to be disabled. I can no longer do what I love (cosmetology) for work. That is what made me want to open up this closet. I haven't done a lot of online sales before, but I am excited to try it now.
