jonathanyoun391 @nicholas_knacks Hey man thanks for defending me with that Jackass.!!! I have a question, the buyer just gave me a bad review "Seller turned out to be a mean guy that sold me a fake product. He shipped late and packaged poorly without notification. He attacked me online after the purchase" item was not fake nor did I attack him online. How do dispute this with poshmark? People like this are what makes the internet lame... I can deal with the bad review but he straight up lied about it being fake

nicholas_knacks @jonathanyoun391 Honestly, seems like he's been permanently banned from Poshmark before for doing something similar and doing a chargeback through his credit card. I'm sorry this happened - I could tell he was this kind of person from the messages he was leaving. I think it's worth calling Poshmark and telling them to look into that.

nicholas_knacks @jonathanyoun391 Also - nobody is manufacturing fake Aldens. He's just being rude again. If he's claiming they're fake, I'd initiate the return process if I were you. Get them back (make sure you get the shoe trees for yourself), and I'll buy them off you in a heartbeat. You should even list them higher - they're worth quite a bit more than you sold them to him for.

nicholas_knacks @jonathanyoun391 Luckily, his bad review won't be shown to anyone else. They're private and can only be viewed by him and you. As long as you clarify with Poshmark and show them how he's being abusive, then everything should be okay. Sorry this is happening to you - I've had bad experiences with customers in the past, but nothing quite like this!

jonathanyoun391 @nicholas_knacks can you provide and more details regarding his previous ban? I am certain he will try and reverse this bank. I am shocked at the poor Character I witnessed this week. I thought him a bit rude after his initial comments but pressed on. I never imagined this would Devolve into such a mess. Thanks for the heads up! Cheers and happy new year

nicholas_knacks @jonathanyoun391 Search [sasquishes 'poshmark'] on Google. It looks like he's been harassing their support and took to their instagram page to voice his frustrations. One of his comments mentioned that he was banned for doing a chargeback through his credit card company. Let me know if you have trouble finding them!
