I canceled your offers because it will be cheaper for you if you put it all under 'bundle' : under each listing you want click BUNDLE not BUY. After you have bundled everything go to the bundle. On this screen you click BUY BUNDLE. It automatically gives you 20% off everything and only charges shipping once ($6.30).
