Hi there, the Louis Vuitton wallet u sold to me are both authentic right? I am wondering since their date code location are different as mostly it's along the seem.

@wyh yes they are authentic- bought them right from the Luis Vuitton store in Natick Massachusetts 2016

@wyh I will try to find the email I used with the account I have a Louis Vuitton I have two separate accounts more recently I have a new email so my current bags that I buy from them I use a new email. let me see if I can contact them and show you my order history from 2016 under my old email.

@wyh Hi, they are real lol. I’m trying to get receipts for you I’m on the phone with Luis Vuitton as we speak- I was able to get one receipt for the white on but the brown one was pitch in 2016 so they won’t archive. I can send you the receipt via email?

@wyh update: the only physical receipt I have is for the White one which you are sending back. My Luis Vuitton account has the other monogram listed but I bought it in store and not online so when I called Louis Vuitton today they told me that verbally it’s on my list but they can’t give me a physical receipt because it was purchased in 2016 and they can’t archive. So if you need my email to call Luis Vuitton they can confirm over the phone it was purchased. Let me know.

Tell the representative it was an in store purchase- so they can look it the system to confirm. I just spoke with them.
