hershee5677 @mznbryant good morning. I want to thank you for your purchases from my Closet.. I am not sure whether you’re aware of this but USPS is running extremely behind due to the holidays and coronavirus and people ordering online. It is ridiculous. Rest assured Poshmark has us updated on the shipping each day and hopefully you will but you should be receiving your soon. Either way it was sent out priority mail and is insured. This is just upsetting to me because I pride myself on prompt delivery

hershee5677 @mznbryant good morning. I’ve been in touch with Poshmark several times and today I called the 800 number the post office gave me to check it. In Both cases say that it’s still on its way. Rest assured if this package gets lost as the other one did I have more pens that I can send you. Poshmark will credit you if it gets lost for this one and then I can package the two together and save you on shipping. Have a good day

hershee5677 @mznbryant I have the receipts. The post office is so overwhelmed they say to call the 800 number. The 800 number is impossible to get through. Poshmark is supposed to be handling this that’s why the shipping is as it is. They guarantee you your money back and me my money back if the item was not received. I can’t file a claim with the post office because Poshmark takes care of that. Both were sent out in priority boxes. I am going to try to get through to the post office Again today

hershee5677 @mznbryant Just spent the last hour and a half on the phone with the post office. I called the local post office for where this is supposed to be mailed. They looked it up and said it is in Montgomery Alabama. They said both packages are still in transit the next place for it to go would be the new NewBern Alabama location. You probably will get both packages however this is ridiculous

They have credited you and credited me I am still going to keep watching those because I still can’t believe it if you do receive it please let me know both of the boxes I will be looking out for them. I just open cases with USPS online. I just can’t believe two packages have been lost there’s somewhere out there not sure where want to have them be responsible for that. hershee5677 @mznbryant I will probably contact Poshmark tomorrow. I don’t know how this is normally handled. Because they reimbursed both of us and I know they would have taken a loss so we probably should let them know. They might just charge you for the two pens. That would be the right thing to do.

Even though there have been delays nothing thank God has been lost. I contacted Poshmark with pictures of your items that you received and I’m waiting to hear from them.It usually takes a few days for them to get back to me. I’ll also keep you posted
