keithusa You have been very patient and I appreciate it. I just got back from vacation only to understand that I cannot no longer return this item. Even though I stated in my messages to give me until the 13th. This case is close and you have received your funds and I am stuck with a sweater that I can probably wash the floor with.

keithusa I am very disappointed that I just pissed away my money. I know you did not contribute to this and you try to be helpful. but in someway you are connected to this mess. Simply because you did not do your homework when it comes to sizes and informing your customers correctly on the merchandise that you were selling. Disappointed

Poshmark has released the funds to me, but I have not deposited them yet because I wanted to make sure you received your money back.

classytexanchic @keithusa I know that Poshmark’s return policy can be finicky with the three day return window especially when the customer is on vacation. I am going to message Poshmark in our original message/case and ask them to reopen it to restart the return process for you. At this point it would be up to Poshmark to issue a refund as I don’t have any control over Poshmark‘s return policy.

keithusa Hi, just wanted to reach out to you to tell you that I made the effort in sending back your sweater. For reasons, on how professional you acted towards all this. Kindness will get you everywhere. Than there’s Poshmark, which was in left field, and couldn’t think out of the box. I’m not sure you received it. I mailed it Monday. Hope it did, and you could resell it to someone that it will (fit) Best of luck, truly!
