chitanome @6ftsarah Hmmm I thought 4 stars was a good rating. your response would be more fitting for a rate of 1-2, 3 is fair, 4 is great (at least to me) 5 would be exceptional with price and packaging, the packaging was lacking for me. It was not a bad rating. So disappointed that you feel that way and crazy how you think a rating of 4 hurts your business. I myself most likely will not purchase again from you because of this attack. So tsk tsk to you on your response.
