wotsnewpussycat @nicolejoan203 not sure what fbis is, but things do vanish. It’s only happened to me once in thing, out of 460 items sold. It’s strange on the tracking that it says you signed for it? Or have they confused that with the other parcel? I sent them on the same day which is strange too. Do you think someone pinched it from your home? Sorry it’s happened to you🤗
