acarlock I’m not sure why your quilt has a COD. I used the prepaid shipping label that Poshmark sent & mailed it out as instructed. I tracked it & saw that it arrived at your post office for pick up. I think the COD is an issue for customer service since they provided the shipping label & pay for shipping as a part of the purchase service. The seller does not do this independently - we simply box the item, attach the prepaid label & bring it to the post office to start it’s journey. Sorry this happened!

luxlisa I am so sorry I mixed up the labels on the packages. I have contacted Poshmark so we can fix it. Unfortunately someone else now has the scarf, so it make take a while. If this ever happens to you again, do not accept the item. It makes the return a little easier. Again sorry for the mistake.
