ellemoon hi! I just got message about the vintage jewelry box. I let support know that I would prefer if you requested return or claim postal insurance. I have sold literally hundreds of vintage and antique items on various platforms, including to movie and TV set production. It is upsetting to have it inferred that I would ship a broken item. Sadly, on rare occasions items do get damaged, even with all precautions of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and I'm sorry it happened to your purchase.

ellemoon @nicolaspinzon91 absolutely not. I'm very OCD with my vintage items, in condition,description, and shipping. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when items are damaged. USPS pay claims to buyers, especially if told it was packed in peanuts. Or, you can request Posh to return because damaged in shipping. (It's frustrating when HTF pieces get damaged)

nicolaspinzon91 @ellemoon Well the first review I left was more positive. I was a little weirded out that the piece broke since it was so carefully packed, but I guessed it was an accident. When I took it to a friend (jeweler) he told me it looked as though the joints of that piece that broke looked very compromised. That’s why he suggested that it was an existing problem with that piece and not shipping. I’m any case, I will take your word that it was just an unfortunate accident. I really like it anyway
