floriebea First I would like to thank you for the gift. The presentation, wrapping and the note were very pleasing. However, there were two things that were a little disappointing. You had stated in the description that this item was new with tags, and there were no tags. I see a little wearing around each side of the eyeglass case. Also, I have a screenshot of the pictures where you also put in your description that a new, in plastic Versace cleaning cloth would be included. I did not receive the cloth.

nicolita1 @floriebea I can assure you it is new. There was a sticker/price tag on it. But I took it off because I didn’t want it to damage it. I thought the adhesive from the sticker would begin to stick to the case and damage it. If you are not happy, I can take it back. But rest assured it is new.

I’m sorry about that. Can I ship the cloth to you if you decide to keep it? The Cloth was my mistake! I’m sorry about that.
