dirtycourtour Hello! You purchased the Jessica Simpson crossbody purse last night. Upon taking it out of the bin this morning to pack I noticed that some staining has occured on the front of the purse due to other items in the bin. I do apologize for this issue. I just wouldn't feel comfortable sending this item to you. I don't think that I can cancel the order and I wanted to give you the opportunity to cancel.

dirtycourtour @roberge38 I got this off the support forum :---> To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.
