nikkilovesyouuu @matadora1978 hey girl! I could use ypur help/advice. I sold several items from my closet, all the buyers were happy. Then one buyer purchased a DY bracelet and i honestly thought it was a small (purchased it 3 years ago) but it was actually too big for her wrist so she sent it back. Totally ok with that! A new buyer now says the jeans are not as described when i disclosed as many pictures as possible, and buyer never asked any questions. Im really considering "closing my closet"...advice??

matadora1978 @nikkilovesyouuu aww I'm so sorry this happened to you ...but please don't close your closet!! You will encounter a lot of people like this...specially the ones who are only buyers ...all you have to do is email posh and send them pics of the pants/jeans ..give them details then posh will give you your money back.

nikkilovesyouuu @matadora1978 It is incredibly frustrating bc this is a consignment site and you can obly disclose so many pictures and when buyers ask, i always respond. This buyer never responded. I really do not wanr to pay for the buyer to send my item back to me.

matadora1978 you dont have to posh doesent encourage returns thats at the discretion of the buyer and you can always say no just email posh and let them know whats happening ive had this situation beofre and since i gave them enough proof they ruled in my favor so dont worry just be fast about it :)

nikkilovesyouuu @matadora1978 i sent several messages to them, but i have a bad feeling. Seems to me that posh supports the buyer more so. I guess its just frustrating bc if there are questions, the buyer should ask. I had a couple issues with items i purchased where the items dodnt fit. I didnt even think to have a case in review bc i was the one who purchased the size based on what i thoight to fit, so its my fault as the buyer, not the seller's fault.

matadora1978 yes your right in part...often sellers have items that are coming straight from china these items are always smaller then american sizes almost 2 sizes small !! the seller has to point that out for the buyer they also have to point out if its a junior size or womens ....posh always tells you to be as clear as

matadora1978 possible in your descrptions ...so if your listing had all these then you have nothing to worry ...its also the responsibility of the buyer to be sure of what theyre buying and ask as many questions as possible because posh doesent have fitting rooms lol and if you are diligent with the anwers you should be fine ...how long ago was this case opened?

nikkilovesyouuu @matadora1978 :/ Yeah, im sure it will be a few days, but still frustrating. A couple of friends stopped using this site bc of of being sent fake non authentic items and bc they had similar issues to the one im having. Hence my thought to just shut down and not use posh anymore....

matadora1978 im so sorry you feel that way ...i have grown to love posh with its pros and its cons, the thruth is this is a bussiness and you will encounter these types of situations you cant make everyone happy thats just how it is ...however the tip for this site is to always cover your bases ...you take pics of the items you take videos of how you package it and you dont delete any of these until your buyer accepts ...just to cover your derriere ...lol posh is

matadora1978 an awesome site because you not only get to sell and buy but you make awesome friends and i do sell on other sites but i dont have the friendship that i get here which makes it so much more enjoyable i truly wish you good luck and i hope this gets settled in your favor but you should really try some share groups and get to know people and you will see this hasnt just happened to you ...the thing is to learn from it and keep moving forward...dont quit!! you still have items to sell!

nikkilovesyouuu @matadora1978 hey girl! Thank you again for all.your help today. Youre amazing!!! Turns out, under posh guidelines, they denied the case so funds were released to me. Thanks to your advice, im going to take a ton more pictures of the product and even do a video of packaging it all up, to cover all my bases foing forward. Youre so great and thank you for being such a great mentor!!!
