I see people put my items in a bundle... am I supposed to contact them? Or do they contact me to bundle? I guess I'm just not sure how it works. josiefredericks Hi Nicky! When someone puts your listings in a bundle only they can see the actual bundle. People have different ways of approaching this. I do not contact them because I am a browser and don't like being bothered when I'm shopping. Some Poshers will comment and describe bundle discounts or suggest making an offer. One way to approach this would be to say "Hi, thanks for visiting my closet! Please let me know if you have any questions. Happy Poshing!" and only leave it on one listing.

josiefredericks Now that I think of it, that's a good idea, hahaha! I really don't like that feeling of getting a canned response like "thanks for the share". If someone thanks me for every share it's weird. Thanking someone for a purchase is a must on the other hand. Finding what you are comfortable with takes a while. Each Posher has their own approach.Hope that helps!

josiefredericks Thanks! I forgot to mention that if you want to encourage bundle sales you can put a discount on bundles. It's in your set up info under seller discount. I give 15% off 2 or more items. Sometimes I'll run a special for a day or so with 20% off. Also, if someone asks for more money off a bundle I may change the discount to 20% and change it back after they make their purchase. Sleep tight and happy Poshing!

josiefredericks OMG Yes that was happening to me too tonight! I blocked and reported them. You can too. Go to their page and hit link at top to report. A lot of scammers target Posh. VERY GOOD of you to realize what it was! Never fall into the traps of contacting an email address. Posh will never do that. One of the few things to deal with but scary too I know!

josiefredericks Also there is a new option to make an offer on a bundle. I would be very careful to not go much below your original bundle discount, but the choice is yours. It has been a sore spot with many poshers. I got an upsettingly low offer on a bundle and it was sort of shocking to me. Just a heads up. Never accept an offer you're not comfortable with!

nagood @josiefredericks hi Josie! Hope you are doing well! I had a question and was wondering whether you might be able to help. A kind girl bought 4 items from me, but didn't know how to bundle. I ended up accepting lower offers for 2 items which gave her nearly 10% off for all items (as it would have been if she had bundled) but now she's paid shipping 4 times. Is there any way to refund her the 3 additional shipping costs? I put all 4 items in one package. Thanks so much!! Xo

josiefredericks @nagood Hi Nicole! This needs to be handled quickly so I'll get right to the point. You will not get funds released unless each one of your shipping labels is mailed. That is how Posh tracks orders. I would contact them ASAP and let them know what happened.

josiefredericks @nagood In the future if someone buys separate orders you can contact them and offer to cancel the original orders and make a custom bundle. It is an option when you go to cancel the orders that they are going to bundle a purchase. They can also bundle it themselves and only pay one shipping cost. It is vitally important to use every shipping label Poshmark emails to get funds released. If not, Poshmark assumes you did not ship the order. Hope everything works out.

We actually ended up doing just that, cancelled the original order, and I created a reserved bundle for her, used the new shipping label and so all is well in the world again 😂 thanks again! Like I said I've had that happen before, I go straight down to check my mailbox and nothing. Hours later, it was there! I'm hoping that's the case here 😊

They basically just said to please check around and keep them updated, and that they have a process in place to assist me, and to check back if I don't receive it by Wednesday, August 9. So, that sounds like it could just be misplaced and I may receive it by then.

I reached out to the other girl I sent a package too also in Calabasas, says pending acceptance too, to see if she received it. 9am is so early, something seems off. josiefredericks @nagood I know how confusing this can feel. If I click on one of your listings it's an available method of payment. I can see it but you can't since it's your listing. It's a different way for buyers to pay Poshmark, not an individual. I think Poshmark added it so buyers have a convenient safe way to purchase. XOXO

Poshmark is really good about releasing payment to the seller. If your item is still marked as sold by Poshmark I would say green light, mail it off XOXO

Poshmark Customer Service is a world of help here! @k_mabey you can go to your purchased listing and click on it, below where it says delivered Problems/Order Inquiry - and click on that. Order not delievered is an option and so is contact Posh support. Either option will start the ball rolling. The last time this happened to me Posh gave me my funds and the buyer received a refund, so they took the hit so to speak.

nagood @k_mabey no I think you did the right thing, email is definitely better. That's how I have communicated with them. Usually after I submit a request, I get an automated email saying it has been received and someone will be in touch shortly. Did you get that?
