The entire band is scratched and it doesn't work. Sometimes the band doesn't pick up the scratches, please don't take this as a personal attack, sometimes photos do not pick up marks and things. I'm very sorry, it just wasn't something I would wear because of the scratches. I really hope you allow me to continue to shop from your close, this was just one of those things.

@hhhnb you do realize when you file a claim you actually have to provide evidence? Also, they give you 2 days to return the item. I have until today. The fact the you feel the need to make such accusations is sad. I've purchased thousands of dollars with of items with no issue. @aisha1 oh no!!! Your poor babies!! I hope they recover quickly. Are you on the east coast? One of my gf's lives on the east coast and her two boys got hit with the same exact thing, same symptoms, virus that turned into pneumonia. There's horrible things going around. My one son had 0 signs of breathing issues & still had pneumonia. I hope they get better super quickly and you get rest while you can!
