irisbynancy Nicole, PM sent return sticker & sending yours as mine starts tracking. PM didn’t address 2nd issue-EF Gray Waffle Open Sweater XS. I would like to return the Gray cardigan(in box w/maroon) in Xchange for EF 100% Org Ctn Vibrant Red 3/4 sl Boatnk dress k/l XS (I’ll put $4.diff.in box). The Gray is XXS not XS as stated twice, stained cuffs, lt pilling, needs cleaning-this should have been disclosed. Let me know re gray/red Xchange, I have faith that you’ll make this as right as you can Nancy
