@nmkuch first off, I'm truly sorry. I've never had this happen either 😏The other purchaser sent a email to posh & we are thinking she will get a return label. I would think by tomorrow we will find out. You go under accept & "open a case" & select you got the wrong item. Hopefully have it figured out by tomorrow🙏

@bfitbhealthy this is getting really sad. I don't know what to do. I send customer service a mean email. I have not heard a thing and I sent the pictures of the bracelets I received on saturday! I hope they respond soon. I really am looking forward to receiving the sunglasses, I just hope it's before next summer. Lol.
