tsnyc1 Nicole. I just called the post office and was informed your package will be delivered on Thursday. The post office made a mistake and misrouted the package sending it from PA to GA. Thank you for your patience.

bellastar22 Hi Nicole, A week ago I had a large shipping day and by mistake switched your order and another buyers. Did you receive white KUT jeans? The other buyer is sending back your dress. In addition to resending your item I will also be adding extra compensation for this matter. I am extremely sorry for the mistake. I want my customers to be 120% satisfied. bellastar22 Update: Do to my error your item & another item were switched. While I am new to Posh I have been a top seller on EBay for over three years. I'am a little frustrated with Posh because there is not a way to contact buyers directly. This is the 1st time I have made a mistake as a seller. Prior to you this I was a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️seller. My only motivation in telling you that is so you can rest assured I will resolve this matter until YOU THE CUSTOMER are fully satisfied.

bellastar22 @dbaker2160 I had not responded to you in 4 days because Posh sent me any email telling me not to send return shipping labels because they would be taking over the transaction. The other buyer was sent a return shipping label on the 25th but has still not responded. That is the cause for the delay.

In Addition to getting your item I have also drafted a check for a full refund because of the inconvenience this has caused you. Please confirm that you would like to receive your courtesy refund at the 99 address I have on file.
