lillyswanson Hey! I can sell you the adidas crop top for 13 on the app called Vinted it’s just like poshmark but I get full profit for my sales instead of on here if I sold it for 13 I would only get like 5 bucks. ALSO on there shipping is only $3 instead of $6!!!!!

alp_ine Hi - I'm so sorry there was an issue with your coat. While I do wish you had given me a chance to make things right before leaving negative feedback, I'm happy to approve a return. I have no way to give you a partial refund, but I will open a case for you to return the coat and receive a full refund. Please confirm that this is what you would like me to do.

alp_ine This is the message I got from posh: We are sorry to hear about this. We give buyer 3 days time to open a case. The funds were released due to the buyer has not opened any case. It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. I'm so sorry, and not sure what to do. Perhaps if you contact them as the buyer they may offer a solution? Please let me know.

nicoleloe @alp_ine I did not see an email of any sort or message come through from support. I didn’t open a case because of your message saying I could ship it back. I’m guessing then you were also not a aware of the 3 day time window to open a case after receiving an order. I will just take it in to have the zipper fixed.

lawrencewebber @nicoleloe hey so I got the coat out to ship and noticed the zipper gets all the way to bottom of coat but can’t be fully unzipped. Basically it would have to be put on overhead and taken off that way. I am going to take it to a tailor tomorrow to see what they say and how much it would cost to put a new zipper. It does zip up all the way but just the last 1/2” won’t release. I’ll let you know what they tell me tomorrow. Cheers. lawrence
