theivydoor Hi Nicole, I certainly do understand about the Born sandals that you bought from me and the heel definitely did not look like that when I took pics & shipped them. I’m sorry and I will take them back and you will get a refund. Wait for Posh to send you a label. You may also have half off anything in my closet under 30 dollars in the next 6 months.
