suzeeq73 I’m so sorry. I have shipped over 100 candles and NEVER has one been broken or cracked. I am so incredibly careful with my packaging to make sure this doesnt happen. Maybe because it’s the holiday season and post office isn’t being AS CAREFUL as they should. Again my most sincere apologies
