junevalorie Sorry you weren’t completely satisfied. I wash everything before sending but I’m guessing it smells like the frankincense essential oil balls I use in my drawer which I’m finding smell pretty strongly. I hope the smell comes out as I take pride in sending clean clothes, from a clean home.

I dropped your package and another package at USPS Thursday morning and spoke with them Saturday afternoon when neither package still had started tracking. I've never had this happen before so I apologize, we got about a foot of snow last week and they said they are backed up.
