bmonska @nikki8free I couldn't get a hold of anyone today. I have had a few items never scan until they arrive to the buyer (they scanned but never updated) so it does happen occasionally and with the usps right now with covid & weather issues across the states, I wouldn't be surprised if this is on it's way but not updated on their end.
