nicolechi78 @seahawkchic12 Hi Patti, I didn't realize the top has a tear, you can return it if you want. The skirt just has those marks from where the hanger pinches it. As for the tissue paper, the next size box was too small so it probably got crumpled during shipping when it moved around.
