@amberbabyy ok so I am just learning how to communicate with sellers. I received an empty envelope I was so disappointed. The envelope was torn at the corner when I received it and no merchandise so I'm at a loss don't know what is the next step. Sorry not sure if I should accept empty package or not but I plan to contact the post office

@niccali1 i'm sorry that happened but I didn't send an envelope I sent you a huge box that was taped it very well. It doesn't even say the item has been scanned yet so that's weird that it was even delivered I've been having issues with my post office I don't know what is going on but I for sure sent you the backpack in a box .
