papagrgo @tonyfeola Hello Tony, I went to ship these shoes and see they have been worn previously. I think once since the shoes are perfect except the cream sole sides have some spots. The uppers are like new and still have tags. If you are still interested I can reduce the price by $10. Probably not ideal for a present. Or I can cancel the order. Sorry for issues on your first buy! Please let me know what you would like to do.

kittenpuff @papagrgo The system automatically logged it as return without any chance of me communicating with you if you would consider partial refund instead. I dont know if you were able to see the photos but there was quite a bit messed up, but to save having to go through a whole return process and save us both hassle and save you fees shipping relisting etc i wouldnt mind keeping i just wouldn’t have paid that much if i knew.

papagrgo @dpeifer1 Hello, Once again I apologize for your poor experience. I have sold over 2000 items on posh and no one has ever said an item I sold smelled nor does anyone in my home smoke. I would never knowingly sell anything that had a bad odor. As I mentioned earlier the 3 day return rule is something Postmark has in place not me. Had your concern been reported timely this would not be an issue. Posh has no mechanism for me to open a return at this point either.
