ldechert I recently bought a pair of Lucky Brand mules from you. I didn't wear them immediately because the weather was too cold. When I could wear them, the right shoe squeaks so badly, I cannot wear them to work or anywhere else. Now I have no recourse because the return window has closed. If you knew these shoes were defective and sold them anyway.....not looking so pretty to me.

theprettyhorses @ldechert Hi, I did not know about any squeaking. Definitely recommend trying on right when items arrive to ensure you are satisfied. These are leather and brand new. Please look up ways to stop squeaking in Leather shoes. There are several solutions as this is very common with the friction of leather. We add baby powder to our leather saddles to stop squeaking. Hope that helps.

ldechert Tried the powder already and it didn't work. I did try them on when they arrived. The fit is not the issue and it's only the right show that squeaks. $20 plus shipping wasted. An apology would have been nice.
