classycat806 Hello Nicole. I received the watch yesterday but there's a problem. I'm not sure why, but the safety clasps on the band will not shut. Therefore, when the watch is worn, you run the risk of it falling off. I realize you sold the watch at a great discount but unless it can be worn, it's worthless. Please message me back with your thoughts. Thank you.

nicoleolivier @classycat806 hi Cynthia, I am so sorry yo hear that you're having an issue with the watch. In the few times I wore it (maybe twice) I never experienced any issues with the clasp not shutting or the watch falling off. Perhaps I did not wear it enough to experience it happening. There is a 5 year warranty on the watch which is still valid. I believe it does cover any functionality issues. I would be more than happy to reach out to Swiss Legend to see if they can help!
