Hey there! I’m a little worried that your hell bunny dress got lost by USPS 😢. I sent it April 13 & it never takes this long to deliver. I tracked it and it says it’s been at a distribution center
For a week now. If there’s still no movement by tonight I’m going to open an order inquiry. If your tracking says something different, let me know 🙏🏻

I checked tracking and it says it’s ‘in transit to the next facility’. hopefully it shows up. it may be due to reduced usps staff right now

im opening a usps inquiry now and it would be great if you did it as well from your end.
i need to know if it was a parcel or package? was it sent from residence, post office, etc?

I dropped it off at my local USPS office when I shipped it. It was a parcel since I either used a box or padded envelope- pretty sure it was a box.

As of yesterday 4/22 tracking says that your package is being “researched” by USPS

Now the case is appearing as “closed” in tracking, so fingers crossed they found it 🤞🏻

@farsonfinds i think it means they are admitting they lost it bc they emailed me in response to my inquiry saying it is lost and apologizing.

this is what they emailed me: Unfortunately, this package seems to be lost in transit, It may show up in processing in the next few days in the Brooklyn processing facility. This is due to confirmed delays at the Brooklyn processing plant due to staffing related issues and higher volume of packages received; At this time we are unable to ascertain the new expected delivery date.

according to Poshmark’s website, there is insurance on each item up to $100. I expect you to follow up and get me the refund that I require.

@heyniks1 hi, I messaged Poshmark yesterday as they told me to follow up on the 27th. They informed me That you will be refunded for your purchase and I will receive reimbursement as well since neither of us has the dress. Please let me know when you see your refund from Poshmark. I have already been credited so you should be too.

I had to wait for Poshmark since there’s no way for me to issue a refund since I sent the item and it was scanned out by USPS and shipped by them. But again, you should already have your refund now. I’m so sorry that your package got lost. It’s honestly the first time ever USPS has lost a package of mine. I hope it turns up in the future.
