Hi Nicole, I wanted to let you know that the account you purchased the Vivienne Westwood gold earrings from is a scam account.😣 I'm hoping it's been past the 7 days since you purchased. You can go to your purchase on your account and cancel down under Problems/Inquiries at the bottom. Another buyer who purchased the Vera Wang tote bag is having the same issue with shipping. I'm hearing from people that they are shipping fake knockoffs from China. 😠

The other scenario is worse. A lot of scammers are altering the address to a nearby location with same zipcode. They ship an empty package. It shows that it's delivered and then they do the run around promising to look for it. The three day window closes for the buyer to file a claim and the scammers get your money.
