hollishart11 I just wanted to apologize directly to you because of what happened with the boots I had them boxed up ready to go had a death in the family had to go to Texas the before I left Poshmark put a hold on my account because someone tried to use a fraudulent credit card and I was punished for it there for for 3 weeks I have not been able to communicate with anyone .

hollishart11 Long and short of it is your package shipped but I wasn't able to get on here and tell you that they didn't release the hold on my account until this morning when the credit card company finally got back in touch with him I suppose all I know is that I just got started on here and my reputation's already ruined and I apologize profusely feel free to ship them back if you do not want to keep them.

jensjeans Hi Nicole! I see the shirt FINALLY arrived today!! I don’t understand why I was given a poor rating? You were aware of the shipping delay and that the post office was a fault, not me. It was literally shipped within an hour of your purchase and your shipping info shows that. And to say it was faded? It was in PERFECT condition, definitely NOT faded. I’m sorry if you were unhappy but I went above and beyond for you. I even contacted Posh on your behalf to have them investigate the shipping.

littellniki @jensjeans I'm sorry, but I sell on Poshmark as well as other sites and I'm not quite sure what you mean about above and beyond. I think you did what is expected from the seller, mail the package and follow up if it gets lost in the mail. I also have a different perspective on the condition, it was extremely wrinkled and it looked like it was washed 50 times, lots of color fade and fabric was well worn. No holes or stains, just worn a lot.

And to also state inaccuracies about the item you purchased? Very unfair. I am a Posh Ambassador w a 5 Star Rating that ships same day, my stats speak for themselves. littellniki @jensjeans I have over 2000 positive feedback on eBay as well as sell on The RealReal. Poshmark is new for me. Regardless I am very familiar with this platform and whenever someone makes a statement such as “SELLERS BEWARE” that is a form of harassment and slander. We don’t have to agree on the condition of the item and feedback is subjective but I am entitled to my opinion even if you don’t agree with it. Best of luck to you.

littellniki @amyjordan05 Hmm, that is not from me unfortunately. I had the same thing happen to me from another posher where I kept receiving items from them that I did not order with my name and address as the buyer. There was no order in my history but the items kept coming. I contacted them and they did not know why I was receiving them. I also contacted Poshmark and they were not helpful. I only use USPS Priority Boxes when I ship to poshers. Curious what you received.

littellniki @amyjordan05 Thank you for removing my private info off your post. I have had this happen to me multiple times and I know how strange this is. I don't sell that often, but all my current sales again I package in USPS Priority Box mailers and all my sold items have been received by the buyers and rated.
