134love Reserved means someone pressed "Buy Now" in attempt to make a purchase. When this happens it goes into "Reserved" status for 10-15 minutes. It's a brief holding function so no one else can purchase that item

134love The shipping is covered by whomever purchases something from your closet. When a purchase is made you'll receive an email with the prepaid shipping label attached. Print it out, tape it to the box, and ship it from your nearest post office

134love Boxes...any box will do. The USPS will send you free shipping supplies if you request them via the web. Another option is to reuse the box someone sent your delivery in. Include a nice thank you note to your fellow poshers when they've purchased something from your closet. It goes a long way😊

psthreads @pearcemama Hey!! Just reading here. I use the free tyvek mailers mostly from usps. Make sure they are plain priority mail (they are white and red) and not flat rate and not express mail or you could have issues after shipping. You can also use plain boxes or mailers you already have. The tyvek mailers are nice because they seem waterproof, lay flat to not take up much room, and are very lightweight! Your things will be dropped off at the post office in the morning!

hellogorgeousnb @dawnnsandberg for prices under 15$ the fee is 2.95 from Poshmark. For items over 15$ you keep 80% and 20% goes to Poshmark. There is a calculator that tells you the calculations when you are determining the prices. 😉

hellogorgeousnb @plumcreekbtq I was checking the status of this and it showed nothing was shipped and I need these by a specific date and I now won’t have them in time. It didn’t say you mailed them. So it gave me an option to cancel because of the length of days in between.

plumcreekbtq @pearcemama Oh goodness. It may be that USPS hasn't yet updated the tracking. It has been shipped. It was just shipped on this week so it probably hasn't had enough time to arrive. My guess is it would be there today or tomorrow. I'll contact Poshmark so we can get the tracking # and then we'll call USPS to recall the package.

plumcreekbtq @pearcemama Okay, we are going to put a re-route/return request in with USPS. If you happen to receive the box before they re-route it back to us, please mark it "return/refused" and give back to USPS. Since this order is now unpaid, we need the items returned. We are going to do our best to have it re-routed but it looks like they are delivering tomorrow so you may get it before we can re-route it back. Thank you for your cooperation. plumcreekbtq @pearcemama Unfortunately, it can happen from time to time. Sometimes USPS doesn't update until the package is marked delivered. Because this is a high dollar order, we need to be sure they return it since Poshmark has permitted it to be cancelled. I'm surprised Poshmark didn't reach out to USPS, first, before opting the cancellation.
